Gac gp division brackets

I was looking into leaderboards and i think this is character only GA GP def table, but it is not confirmed, just feel correct by my research.
0 < 1 mil Char GP = 4 def
1 - 1,5 mil Char GP = 5 def
1,5 - 2 mil Char GP = 6 def
2 - 2,5 mil Char GP = 7 def
2,5 - 3 mil Char GP = 8 def

I'm 3.1 gp. 2.59 in chars and have 6 def, division 3

How can you have only 500k ship GP with 2.6 in chars, it is like 10 maxed ships total :O

Thanks that must be it since I just ticked over 1.5 mil toon gp

Btw this table is oriental. It looks like that it is possible to match 2 ppl from different brackets.If that happens the number of def is really strange.
