I finished Last season in K1 with a 3663 only to find my new placement 254 points lower at 3409. This impacts Crystal income which is essentially currency. This needs to be addressed.
Why give a crap and play when your reward is getting kicked to the curb. I have not been a fan of the latest changes, and now this?
I attempted a couple times to get support, but they just say it is reported. That means “suck it up buttercup “. Lousy customer service, but hay, what do I get for only 80-100 bucks a month. Well now it will be zero… Just can’t reconcile paying to be frustrated.
I won my last 5 matchs and went 6-3 last season and I dropped 93 points. I don't think even CG understands how it works completely.
And EA help is just AI bots, so don't bother because all it'll tell you to do after wasting your time is "report that on your game's forum."
At this point, the squish is beyond ridiculous. Why does it still occur after all this time? Do they seriously not have K1 where they "want" it to be yet?
This isn't the purpose of Squish. Squish is there to maintain the shape of the divisions in the leagues (otherwise they'd be top/bot heavy). And to stop the top and bottom of the GAC galaxy from gapping the pack. However, looking at the very bottom of Carbonite 5, that appears to be not working due to inactivity.

I have seen between 40-60 points in the past, but this is a first for a 250+ drop. I can only assume something went wrong. I seriously doubt they will do anything about it. Now faced with the choice, fight back up or just quit all together. I am finding it much harder to find reasons to stay active when every time you turn around there is more disappointment. I have been in the support chat for 3 hours and nothing except the request for a screenshot.
My squish was 68 points, from 3602 down to 3534. way more than usual.
I have been in a chat with 'Katrina' for over 2 hours with no response. But this is pretty hard to stomach.
This has to be a bug or some screw up somewhere...
That skill updating post was just dismissed as resolved... I wish I could do that at my job. Just say it's done and ignore it.
Looking at the Top folks currently in K1, I would concur, something is definitely up, or down as the individual case may be.

I wonder if there's a connection. I'm looking at my history on swgoh.gg and it seems to end before the last match of last season. Something might be up....
Looks to me that I've been Squished around 50 points in K2. It's been around 18 for a long time. Something definitely looks up.
