GAC skill rating and TW

If skill rating is meant to provide a more balanced approach to GAC compared to GP, then why isn’t average GAC rating for a guild used for TW matchups. My guild is commonly paired against guilds that have an average skill rating two hundred or more than our own. These TWs aren’t enjoyable to play in the slightest. Our opponents having a few less players than us does nothing to compensate for that skill disparity.
