Several characters ignore taunt. Any JKR-squad would also counter him pretty hard, as well as Rebels with CLS.
Even a regular Vader-squad without GL Vader would probably counter him with ease. Anything that can ignore taunts and hit hard. 200k protection doesn’t help when Culling Blade smacks him for half a million due to reduced armor.
The idea is cool though. To help on the survival, give him some «shield» that maximizes the amount of damage he can take in a single hit at 40,000.
