Galactic Legends - Mastery

I think they were extremely vague on purpose with that post. This gives them the wiggle room to do as much(or as little) as they want with "mastery maniupulation" and still be covered by the post. Hopefully it won't be too game breaking. We already know they will probably be the strongest toons every introduced, no need to let them kick everyone else down even further by reducing stats of toons attacking them by a ton while also presumably having a stacked kit.
