How? This was just thrown in there without an explanation. I think this added more confusion than clarification.

The GLs will do it. The "how" is in their kits.

Gotcha. I suppose my frustration lies in not knowing the kits after so much anticipation. They are trying to describe how the GLs will work in a way that has never been done before without giving any concrete examples (because it hasn't been done before) instead of dropping a kit and explaining it that way. Again, seems like they are causing more confusion than is necessary. But thanks for the clarification.
