Since when has CG cared about difficult requirements? If anything, they’d make it harder to force players to spend to get LV quicker.
Ironically they made it so difficult for me to get LV that I am not going to spend money. They need to balance him more to put it in reach of players so that they spend to get him.
Exactly. They just pushed the spending bar a bit too far this time. 4 marquees (so far) are too much.
