Galactic Legends???

Depends on Disney’s spoiler moratorium.

I could see this being 3+ months. CG already said Episode 9 content will take us well into Spring.

They could start telling us prerequisite information without spoilers.

We've seen some speculation that Galactic Legends are coming soon but Galactic Legends will not be available this month. They will be available in a future update and in the lead up to their release, we will be revealing the requirements over time in game. We will be making an announcement when they are ready as Galactic Legends represent some of most notable characters in the Star Wars universe and are an exciting next step for Galaxy of Heroes.
