Game crashed during JMK’s mission
I was doing the first mission on the JMK journey and my game crashed, just like that. Lost my tickets, didn’t get my shards. Any idea why? I’m scared of doing the mission again now…..

- Happened to me twice in a row. Was not happy losing those tickets (and I spent crystals on energy refreshes to speed things up…what a waste). I added to the bug report on answers EA (there are like 300 examples people have given). So they are most definitely aware of the issue, but have not done anything as of yet to resolve it.

That’s what I did…waited a while before attempting again after 2 back-to-back crashes. Eventually I was able to complete it without crashing.- Let me add, before you spend tickets restart your device and make sure wifi is good, or better yet, use a cell tower. Then jump right into the fight without doing anything else ingame.
- I'd like to chime in with a +1, it really cheeses me off to lose a week worth of tickets because of the event blowing up. So many inconsistencies throughout this game.
- Happened again…. Guess I won’t be getting JMK after all… don’t know what to do, I need to do the mission 5 more times
- I play on my iPhone 11, never had any issues before. Cleared my cache, restarted the app and everything. Don’t think I want to try again, already down 30 tickets but I guess I’ve got nothing to lose anyway, it’s not like they’ll fix the bug if it’s been going on since August
- This has been reported for 8 months now. Happened to me a couple times but they will do nothing about it.
