The Fleet Meta Is In An Awful State

That's it. The change to Levi has made fleet meta absolutely terrible. Go into arena and lose three battles in a row because you've lost the coin flip? Frustrating. Go into a GAC, and beat your opponent except you lose with Prof vs Levi? Congrats, you lose 700 crystals. 

And your silence on the issue, CG, is deafening. 

I'm not suggesting rolling back any changes or removing P1. But it's clear your designers do not play the game or interact with the community, and you are already so far behind in managing this issue. The community is frustrated, and your silence is only driving players away faster.
