Super Commando is a better question, but I would guess that he's supposed to be some kind of elite, where the Imperial Trooper category may be meant to be more for the grunts. Though how that would square with Death Trooper, I couldn't explain.
My guess is death troopers got extinguished after the battle of scarrif which explains the failures of krennic and his elite to protect the plans to the death star.

The answer to why imperial super Commando isn't included is because he's basically a sub commander of troopers.
In other words, he's not a grunt, he's a leader of sorts.
The death Troopers however are just grunts. Elite grunts, but grunts nonetheless.
