Stagger is like "Expose" for Turn Meter. The next time the Staggered unit takes damage, they lose all of their Turn Meter, and lose Stagger.
Makes sense, thank you for the reply. So basically with Deathtrooper's assist it's going to happen unless he can't assist for some reason. Very cool!
