so 1 shoots then all get 40% turn meeter (doubled for phoenix) then they all shoot and use ability so 1 > 40% then 2,3,4, 1 gets to shoot again 40% then 5 40% and now 1 is at 80% turn meeter with the enemy team not shooting once? and by this time they all have their uniques AND prot up and health up from choper and kanan????
I mean that is like 10 turns asumming 1 phoenix shots before the enemy team guaranteed asumming all use 2x abilitys in their 2 turns?
Prettty sure it doesn't work that way. When they use a special, only that character gets TM. I think.
