Game will not start up on mobile.

Trying to play this game and it won't load past the Disney Lucasfilm screen at startup. Everything is up to date, even restarted my phone. Wtf is going on with this game ? Been having alot of issues ...

I have uninstall and reinstalled the game and still will not load, I have cleared Cache, turned off and on the phone and no joy.

I got in for about 3 min and then it crashed and will only load up the started screen, please help
