GC Challenges feats for Episode Quest

I don’t know but is CG completely out of their mind? 
They are coming up with an episode quest asking for finishing 5 feats in the GC. Unfortunately they have released this feat 10 hours later than the episode feat. So a big part of players who have done the GC already won’t be able to achieve that feat. Seems to me that there’s a pretty huge incompetence in planning stuff. Another proof that CG is simply just completely unorganized.
