Do you want everyone to cite all the times in the past when fixing something mid-event lead to further bugs? They stated the correct rewards will be sent in a future update. This means waiting for their analytics to know who got what box i.e. end of event. Expect them in the next few days.
They could just have better QA and just have less bugs in general
You say it like them sending rewards after the fact and after a vague communication is any better
