My bad 14 months, still pretty close. Either way go back to the post for gear changes and read for yourself. I'll sum it up though, so when they addressed gear changes in the post it states Multi-phase gear update, which we got, but read the ending " The October Road Ahead will discuss Phase 1 in more detail so stay tuned for that, and we will be announcing the next phases in the near future.
Where are these next phases? The gear changes were once again addressed on the last road ahead
