I am trying to get grand inquisitor and am wondering what the best way to get the resources for relic 5 for the various inquisitors. Specifically the things you don’t get from the scavenger. I forgot the name

I assume you want the pictured relic mat to go from 4 to 5? The cheapest, easiest way is buy them in the guild store with raid curreny. The other way is to get those Jedi Comlinks I have circled, make the one that costs 250 (it's 20 parts to make a comlink) and salvage those for best value. They pop up every refresh of the main store page for currency, usually get up to 10 for a few thousand credits.
wait for the inquisitor relic 5 light speed bundle. it should show up just after you upgrade all but one of the inquisitors to relic 5
also, you will need more than just relic5 to complete the grand inquisitor quest. you need some very specific modding
The free LSTs get some of the Inqs I think? Have you not got the anniversary Light Side Token quests?
