Was this actually addressed and I missed it? I am still scraping the bottom of the peanut butter jar for MK V Stun Guns, Cuffs, ETC.

Except for the fact that you can now buy Vault-loads of them in the weekly store every week, and they're in each paid gear bundle as well, nope.
The offer for free Stun Guns in where it always has been, or even lower (e.g. out of fleet battle rewards, or GET token no longer realistically spendable on gear)
