General Phone issues [MERGED]

Like it or not all bugs got shifted to EA so bug threads are going to disappear here.

@CG_Kozispoon finding your post on Answers HQ was easy enough but can we get a direct link to that site from the game??? Like we have to the forums? Its alot to have to go to the forums, then go to the bugs section, then go to the link. This would introduce people to this site too and help funnel thier questions through there.

We are definitely looking to improve the flow of the new bug process. This is a change for us as well, and we agree we want to make it easy for people to find Answers HQ. That workaround should work for any apps when that issue occurs.

@CG_Carrie unfortunatley not. I had to download the apo via apk. Its running fine now bit still is not available in the play store.

Well, in my case, it's more than it starts loading, and then goes back to my tablet's home screen. Note 2012 tablet BTW. @CG_Kozispoon any info on that?

I play SWGOH on a Samsung Galaxy S7 - it's available in the playstore, and works just fine. Have the people with problems perhaps rooted their phone ?

I have an s7. Works fairly fine. Just buffers for while after end of battles. But been like that for a while now.

I have a fully updated Galaxy S7 that isn't rooted. Tried all the work arounds I could find and none of them have worked, so I had no choice but to download the apk to install.

I've had this problem with a different game, stopped playing that game. Checked back and still "incompatible" I won't stop playing this because I've invested 2 years into playing. But it is frustrating that I could not update it via the Googleplay store.
