Question

Getting really tired of this Era change garbage each era. We have no idea what to expect because CG makes changes and gives like 0 information. I passed on the Cassian era hoping to save for this new era. Now I feel ripped off as a F2P player that I wasted time saving crystals when I could have spent them on Cassian. Loaned units is garbage. Make the units match our units involved. I'm sitting with a 7 star R5 and level 9 loaned units and I can't do anything against Krayt. What is the purpose of providing crystals to buy these packs to increase our star levels when we will get stonewalled without loaned unit levels?

You don’t get any from buying Pass Plus by itself. The Pass Plus gives you access to a “free” bundle that has 5 in it. If you don’t redeem it you don’t get the levels.

Now on the other hand, the graphic advertising Pass Plus says you get 50,000 of the Era Level upgrades for loaned units but I haven’t seen that show up anywhere. I could just assume it’s a mistake but why should I assume when it is CG’s responsibility to inform its customers what the hell we’re paying for.

Seems like loaned upgrade levels are sent randomly. Same input variables, different results which is even worse when someone, who bought pass plus got none while someone who's f2p got some more
