No. Everyone doesn't win. It now takes longer for me to progress or I have to hit refresh a load of times and wait for middle slot to get close to top slot if the top slot is one I'm unlikely to beat. A toggle or having it only come into effect above a certain level would mean everyone wins.

how often are you unlikely to beat the far right team? You have to realize that the times you're able to beat that team, you're most likely jumping further than you were before (since that required a ton of refreshes to even see the max jump). I'm willing to wager that some players currently refresh because the mid panel is not close enough in rank to the right panel, but would have made that jump prior to the change if that rank showed up in the right panel instead of in the mid panel.
It definately has it's benefits for almost every player looking to increase rank. The players affected negatively the most are the ones that are surrounded by superior teams, an extra refresh or 50 is the price they have to pay for having a far inferior team.
This just isn't correct.
Why is the assumption that I'm either misunderstanding, not playing correctly or simply in the wrong rank?
I have a very good CLS lead Rebel team but there are always going to be a few teams you know that will cause you trouble.
Why is the idea of a toggle so we can choose so unappealing? It certainly won't negatively effect anyone.
Clearly this is working for you but it isn't for me. My rank is 100 - 200 consistently but now it takes me more battles to stay there than before.
From what i can gather from your comments, a toggle won't help you. It takes you more battles because other players are dropping you down max amount of ranks. Well, that's the most likely explanation imo with the little information available to me.
I'm not saying you should like the changes, but i think they're implemented rather fair imo. Like i said in my previous comment, the ones affected negatively the most are the ones with the lesser teams in comparrison to the other teams in their rank tier/region.
