Product was advertised at a price. Unfortunately the seller set the price too low.
They were made aware of the mistake before anyone could buy the product but didnt change anything.
They did fix another issue ( T4 was too hard) but chose not to fix the other…
At this point they could have just changed the price and moved on, but instead they decided to take back something they offered and sold without any communication….
So many different and better ways to handle it.
If you wanted to take back the mats and start over, maybe throw in some crystals, an Omni or how about some CWC shards….
OR just suck it up and let the people who support the game with cash get her ult for 2 less mats….
It’s just getting old seeing you defend them constantly when you could just say, hey i passed it along and they are looking at it.. They provided a bad customer experience this time… it happens.
Did you buy the ultimate materials? Were you not going to buy Ultimate materials if you knew it was going to be 2 more than what they were?
This whole product selling and advertisement argument doesn't really work with Ultimate materials, anyone buying GL Leia didn't buy her for her ultimate or her advertised ultimate
They never advertised her ultimate would be 10 materials, that is something you can see if you unlocked her, that her ultimate costs 10 and her event gives 12,

No, they never said this was intended interaction, hence, they never advertised as such
They should've announced it wasn't intended, and I agree with you there
But lets be honest, nobody "paid" for Leia because her ultimate was 10 mats instead of 12 or was planning on skipping on this Galactic Legend if it was 12 materials
They gave you back exactly the number of materials you invested, so there is no need to throw in some crystals
You do talk about they could've just given 3 CWC shards, but lets be honest, if they refunded 10 materials and 3 CWC shards and nothing else you would still complain about the compensation
But I'll request CG to drop in CWC shards and you have "advertised" and "sold" to the public that this is good enough compensation so i guess that means you won't complain anymore if they do this?
Yeah they provided bad Customer Experience, but lets be realistic about the chain of events and the resolution behind it
They should compensate for the buggy event and lost tickets imo
I also agree they should've communicate the refund stuff before refunding in-game
Lets be critical about the complaints where its deserved, I will defend them when the complaints are nonsensical with nonsensical solutions like "if they gave CWC shards on top of this then everything would've been okay"
Not sure why you want players to buy their way to get her ultimate with 2 less
All GLs require the same number of tickets to unlock their ultimates, Leia is no different with this fix (previously required 140 less GL Tickets)
