GLAT team freezing in TB

Can someone explain to me how this is still happening? This is turn 3. After the first 2 turns there was a delay after the attack but the buttons came back. This is after turn 3 with Ezra attacking. I know there's STILL an issue with mass assist on characters with stacks but that's not the case here.
