Global time changes and Automatic raid launch.

As the season for time changes begins will this be reflected in the auto launch feature in the raids. When I go to set an auto launch I see two times. A UTC time and next to it the time in my time...

If you launch at the same UTC time, however; the raid will be an hour earlier under "Standard Time" than current "Daylight Time".
