What I did:
GMY lead, Ahsoka, Anakin, Bastila and Bariss
While I was using above squad I was farming and gearing the Geonosians to get Padme.
Now I am using Padme, Anakin, Ahsoka, GMY and Bastila (will be replaced by GK soon). This squad got me a lot better in arena.
Commander Luke Skywalker is not a jedi btw.
Bastila is a great jedi leader, so I suggest to farm her if possible. She is also required to get Jedi Knight Revan.
GK is considered the best jedi tank. You are probably to close to get him; a temporary good replacement will be Old Ben (required to get CLS)
