I just did 3 $10 cards and got rewards for each one of them. Someone else tried 4 and didn't get any on the 4th, technically 5th as he did a 100 one yesterday. I also did a 100 one yesterday.
So there does seem to be a limit either by tier, day or total. I have another 10 I am waiting till tomorrow to try.
