I'm having the same problem. I got everything I was supposed to through the play store, and even see the rewards in my history, but nothing in game.
Tried logging out and logging back into SWGOH, tried the "Restore Purchases" button under settings, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game... nothing. Guess it's off to support for me too.
