I think everyone needs to know about this because it looks like its brought my 5 years on this game to an immediate halt. I purchased a 14.99$ pack and the store froze as I purchased it and crashed...

I think this is the answer in the short term - If you're more concerned about getting logged in than getting the money back, they can probably help you. Getting the money back is going to probably take more time than getting the login issue sorted.
The loop is coming from them trying to finalise an impossible transaction. I've entertained their troubleshooting to no avail.
To be clear aswell im in Australia so it hasn't only been 1 day.
