Got the update but still no temple guard DC

I got the update just now where the dc was filled out and given to me with an apology but is not in my datacron section.

  • Fix did not changed anything. I had this fdc at lv3 and after fix I still have it at lv3. No change at all. When do you fix it correctly? Ally code 765-461-877

  • On June 4, at 4:30AM, I purchased the Ascension of the Temple Guardian Cascade Set inside the game for 5.65 euros. The payment was made with a Revolut card. So far, there are three problems:
    1. The purchase has not been delivered.
    2. I cannot make further purchases in this cascade set.
    3. I can't make any purchases in the game. An error message appears stating "The transaction is suspended. Another transaction is being processed" (screenshot in attachment).

    There are 2 days left until the completion of the sale of another cascade set. And 5 days until the completion of the cascade recruitment of the temple guard. Help!!! I want to buy these kits!!!

    I contacted EA HELP on 05.06 (case #212907495). No one answers.

    CG_Meathead​ Why not just give us the required databases, mk1, mk2 and mk3 gear to update it ourselves if the hotfix isn't working.

  • I already wasted materials taking the datacron to level 15. I don't need a duplicate. I don't have two Jocasta Nus, nor do I have two Temple Guards. Besides those, the bonuses are mediocre. What good is a duplicate going to do? I would've rather spent those materials on leveling a different focused datacron. Just give all eligible players the maxed focused datacron and delete the original and refund the materials and currency spent. You have not "fixed" anything.

    Exactly the same issue here,been onto customer support to just be told "well they gave it out for free" YEAH  a day after it got maxed by alot of players what cost them,i cannot even reset the thing.They do not want to know at all, no help at all,nothing this is really bad

  • Customer support is useless in this game. Don't aspect anything from this greedy company CG.
