Governor Tarkin and the Carrion Spike?

Curious as to whether the devs have ever looked into putting together a younger Tarkin and his accompanying Cutlass, the Carrion Spike.

Considering I run a Separatist fleet, part of me is nervous about such a possibility, but his story is pretty interesting and the Spike was one lethal ship!
