I also encounter a never ending loading screen in grand arena, I created a ticket and EA technical support was... erm... unhelpful, called them twice.

There is also https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Grand-Arena-Indefinite-Load-Screen-When-Entering/m-p/7276738#M20951 that was created, hopefully it will catch someone's attention.

I was really looking forward this GA, and so did many people who took the time to respond to that thread. This is very disappointing, hopfully it won't mess up this week-long grand arena.
