If they didn't post any defense they can't win mathematically, but it also means you don't get to progress on the quests at all. Same thing happened to me and I was at 7/10 for my Han Solo quest, but now I won't be able to finish this quest off until the next Grand Arena which is really annoying.

Has anyone asked CG how can we complete the portrait quests which require winning a battle in GA? I have an opponent that did not set a defense. In order to unlock GK’s portrait, I have to win with him on offense. How can I win an offensive battle if my opponent didn’t set a defense.
The game should auto set a defense. Or at least, if no defense was set then credit should be given towards those rewards. Because my opponent didn’t set a defense they can still Attack and get credit for the quests!
A win is a win but I would at least like a chance to put effort into the win. Plus, I would like to unlock GK’s portrait.

@C_Augustus1 sure being matched against an opponent with Revan and Traya wouldn’t be fun, but I beat a guy with those toons. I don’t have them. I just want to finish quests. I would like to have GK’s portrait for my profile, but I can’t because some lazy/ busy person could careless.

Amen, I would’ve expected more from someone in TI. This is the third or fourth match up I’ve had with no opposing defense set. It’s getting old. Now I can watch as someone else progresses on quests for rewards far more valuable than winning a round.

We should get the credit rewards at the very least imo. I'm in the same boat as you all. Very dissapointing

@CG You realy need to get that auto deploy working. My Guy only set his fleet....no fun at all

I'm so sick of this! This is my 4th battle with zero defenses set. I can't finish stupid quests with no one to fight. Yes, I have way better chars, but I'm not mean. I set defenses that he could beat 4 or 5 of 6 so he could do quests while also not losing myself. I hate being the nice one only to get screwed over by my opponent.
