Seeing as you think the toon speed effects their ship speed kinda speaks volumes on your knowledge of the game... 

So 1st, toon speed stats are not connected to their ship speed stats. The rarity of mods (5*, 6*), zetas, omi, level and relic are what is used to calculate their ship stats. So if your Revan is missing a 6* mod and the enemys isn't, they will go 1st. Otherwise they're tied for speed and it's a coin flip. They don't mass assist on any of Levy's abilities, Malgus's ship calls assist, your team was probably dazed when you try to call assist so they didn't.

2nd, Leia's ult only revives if it gets a kill and your ally wasn't defeated by a toon that prevents revives (ie SLKR, LV's team when he is in ult, certain DC, etc.)

It really just seems like you lack kit and game mechanic knowledge and blame it on the game being rigged. I totally get feeling like the game is against you, when you've run the same battle 100 times but this one time you need the battle to win the round, it goes completely sideways.

Leave if you're gonna leave, but think about reaching out to the community on why battles and certain things happened in them if you decide to stick around, you'd be surprised what you might learn.
