Grand arena, wth is going on?

Still dont care for GA, i just prefer TW since my guild works well together. But what's really hilarious to me is how they included stun guns as incentive to participate. Usually they drag their feet on rewards and say, we'll wait and see what the data shows...someone must be motivated to get this new content to stick, maybe next round will be golden eyeballs!
All this time we thought they were straight up ignoring our pleas to stop the gear crunch, just goes to show...
