@Darth_Sheckler I contacted customer support by phone, they didn't understand the problem. I tried to explain it in several ways, but it seems like they don't understand the difference between guild coins and guild currency...

My hypothesis is that it's affecting guilds where the current guild leaders are not the original guild leaders. It would be nice to hear from everyone affected if this is the case with their guild.

They need to fix this. I hope this gets their attention.

No, our guild leader is the original guild leader. We never changed and still have the problem. Also sent a PM to joker.

They changed the coin bank to be based added to the guild based off the leaders daily reset for the Guild but KEPT the personal 600 contribution reset for individual players...

So here's how it works... For example Say you have 49 members on the east coast and your leader is in California...

Everyone gets 600 energy throughout the day but at 9pm California time, the 49 members who are on the east coast have their personal contribution reset to 0 because it's midnight their time so they go back to 0/600...

At midnight California time (3am east coast) the Guild banks it's gold, for 49 members this may be 0/600 because their energy was just reset a few hours earlier...

This is where all the Guild coins are disappearing to...

No, this is just wrong since almost all of our members have the same reset time as our guild leader and we still have this problem.

This would only account for one days worth of missing coins. We are missing about 29000 coins every day. Nearly 90k total

My guild -Stolen Tie Fighter- is missing GBC and not accruing GBC like we should be. It stopped us from starting our bidaily T7 Raid today

Could be the case. We've changed our leader.

Between the exploiters and GBC problem I better see a Mustang in my inbox ...which is pretty cheap compared to a Benz so I'm not asking for much ...
