Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

Is anyone with a US-based guild and US-based leader experiencing this problem? Our guild was set up with a European reset time and then transferred to a US-based leader. I'm wondering if the anti-guild-hopping "fix" doesn't properly account for asynchronous reset times.

Btw, our guild is now short about 80k raid currency.

Since yesterday my guild can't start another Heroic raid because of that guild bank issue ;/

Still crickets..........?

Agreee, rewards from heroic raid are much better than 500 crystals!

We are now multiple raids behind because we haven't been able to collect 90% of our raid currency since Friday. Please let us know if this issue is at least being investigated.

Still having issues. Any updates?

Tader_Qenobi here! Guild Mediavida Of Heroes! Today, Monday we can't open heroic raíd because we don't have money inexplicably !! We opened our last heroic raid at Friday and we had more money than the necessary.

Where are our money? We just have 49k right now! 3 days at least, Saturday, Sunday and today, monday. We are 50 actives members. We should have around 90k.

Big issue here! Please fix it!

Do all of you guys have guilds created in Europe or similar time zone?
