Guild event rewards

it's extremely annoying that people need to log in after the event to get their rewards, it makes it harder to move on from people as things don't always sync up.

Achievements.
Can we move on from these and maybe make them more generic or can complete them in other areas of the game. No one is looking to get 36 stars in geo republic. No one is doing nexu special mission ...
