While it is exciting to see Han revealed, I am witnessing the effects of guild hopping on my shard (smells like a big pile of fresh male cow excrement).
Over the past week or so there is one guy on my shard (a guild affiliated with this achievement) that has rocketed ahead of everyone else (multiple teams of gear X and XI and more IX's than you can shake a stick at). He is not unbeatable, but at this rate the gap between hoppers and non hoppers will only widen.
To be clear, although there is a small amount of coordination involved in timing the hops and and starting the raids at the right times, it really is nothing praiseworthy.
It may be teamwork in the literal interpretation of the word, but as others have pointed out, it is more akin to the antithesis of teamwork.
