Guild messages
Our guild has a few problems with newer players who either can't see the banner at the top of the chat or don't know about the chat function. Please can guild leaders and officers send guild messages ...

Maybe they don't look at it, but I find scrolling through the chat can be annoying. Also, the gold banner can only fit so much, not everything. Additionally, chat messages disappear, so you have to keep retyping them.
Finally, how about a 'Guild Entry' message in the inbox instead.
Everyone currently in the guild will be messaged via inbox after a change in message.
Message can only be changed once every 2 months.
On entry, you receive the message in your inbox.
This is for guild members only, hence not in the guild requirments box under the search page.
