Guild Officers payment

CG should definitely reward with some crystals the job of an officer. Im not one, at least Im not for a while now. So this is some sort of appreciation thread for all the guys working out there. 

Some ideas:

Make it so the monthly reward work only with a min of 20 days or so in the role.

Ask for a min GP on the guild to qualify. 

Limit the max officer positions per guild. 

These guys are esential to the game. We, the people with family, jobs, careers and social life, who cant afford to spend the extra hs planning TW defenses, TB strategys, guides, farming routes, bot setups, micromanaging... rely on these players. Lets give them some love for their work.
