Guild shard exchange

I think it would great if, instead of just using extra shards for gear in the shard shop, you could exchange your extra shards with members of your guild for other character shards in order to advance characters more quickly. For example if Jedi consular is 7* and you have 5 extra shards then you place the Jedi consular shards in the exchange and ask for IG88 shards. If no members of your guild have extra IG88 shards then they go to the shard shop. Doing this would allow more cooperation between guild members.
