They don't have to update this everytime manually lol. The UI can be designed in such a way that system displays automatically what TB the guild is planning to do next in its profile.
But this defaults to something. I know from both current and previous guild that an officer had to change this during the window where the guild could choose.
And if it defaults to something, there is always a chance someone like you would see this before the officers change it. Then you’re back to square one. Lol.
