Guild UI - must have member portrait and veterancy indicator. (use existing character icons)

It would be easier just to add an elder status so you have

Like in most games.

We don't need customizable portraits. I'd much prefer the devs spend their time working on something more useful than that. You already have the tools to monitor daily and weekly which should be enough to know if someone is performing or not.
