If you touch the spot that says "weekly Currency" it changes to a different stat. Including weekly and lifetime guild currency or guild coins. Arena power, last log in, rank, and player level. Viewing lifetime currency, will allow you to tell who the veterans are v. Who the newcomers (or extreme slackers) are. Dividing the lifetime guild bank coins produced by 600 will give you a good estimate on how many days this person has been in your guild (assuming they are able to get the 600 everyday).
The problem is, without JOIN DATE, you just can't tell apart low performers.
It is important because there are guilds which are more casual, but others might want to set a baseline of minimum performance.
In our case, we do not want to just boot the low performers, we want to help them understand the rules and imrove their game. If they just don't want to play accordingto the guild's standards, only then we will show them the door.
Unless the guild goes to the effort of using a spreadsheet and log daily/weekly numbers to have a track record of the players, the UI does not tell enough to easily identify which players are in need of help, or plainly being willfully unhelpful.
