I don’t really agree with this. Perhaps some guilds have tired officers or even at a plateau in terms of performance which can cause discord to go quiet. Being an officer is largely a thankless task that provides no additional rewards but takes a longtime. So some don’t change up TW very much. But there are still some very active and competitive guilds who have to co-ordinate a lot to punch up in raid, TB and TW.
Whilst many auto their way through the raid, SBR certainly offered better scores for manual battles. Higher relic investment in the latest raid provides some auto max score capacity. However, for many this comes months in when content is becoming stale and auto battles reduce effort until the next raid release. Which again will stir up a lot of chatter on optimum squads.
TB had changed to focus more on operations, this does require organisation and permanent review when players leave. But missions become important later on. And with SM’s in Zeffo and Mandalore, there are more important missions than previous TB for players to progress to. With needing 30 completions again this requires a push from the guild.
Of course if a guild has achieved everything already then it will feel like playing on auto pilot. But then it must be a fairly end game guild.
