I purchased a Gungan LST that I intended to use to upgrade Jar Jar's relics, but it's not included in this pack. Is this normal? I have a 7-star Jar Jar (G8/9). Is a refund or modification possible, as it doesn't state anywhere that Jar Jar isn't included in this LST?
The anniversary LSTs are explicitly named exceptions. The exclusions for normal LSTs were clearly stated.
The LST with Yoda does exist, though... and Jar Jar is unlocked, it's not like it was to avoid the event
Yes it does. Journey guide toons are one of the exclusions for LSTs, though I’m of the opinion that you should be able to use them on anyone you already have unlocked
