We just got matched up with guild that has 20% higher GP then we do. :/ Wondering how are the match ups for the rest of you?

Say your guild has 86mil GP and you have 50/50 entered, that means you have 100% of your GP available.
What if out of the opponents guild, only 42/50 have entered thus lowering their actual available GP to roughly the same as yours? Is that not then a fair matchup?
