GW Report 3-11-16

GW has gotten significantly more difficult since the patch I went from average teams of level 58 to 63 to average teams of level 70 by node 3. In fact, 2 weeks ago I auto'd all of GW without a single death, retreat, or even manual targetting it was that easy. With the patch it has become more of a challenge, but I still haven't lost yet. I'm currently on a 60 plus GW winning streak today was a moderate challenge yesterday was alot tougher, but here is how today went.

81 GW Wins - 60+ Day Winning Streak continues

Most of the nodes from 7 on required retreats, but not enough that it became annoying. Doing GW, all the dailies, all the challenges, and all 5 Arena matches took approximately an hour and a half. I do enjoy the increase in difficulty compared to the steamroll mode of the last month before the patch.

Used to be that I would start running into full maxed out squads from node 3 on, now thats happening from node 6or7 on. Easier for you harder for me. That's why GW is so strange because there seems to be no logic to the matchmaking. People talk about Arena Squad Power being the key but my old squad actually had higher power than my current squad yet my matchmaking was much easier with my old squad.

Actually this shows the change worked out well. Your current GW is easier than mine and easier than mine was before the change too. His was perhaps a bit too hard and now is reasonable. Yours, to me at least, looks totally reasonable.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what are saying though. Or maybe I'm just used to my GW being hard.

I was only saying I don't think Arena Squad Power has the effect people think it does. If so, then why would it get more difficult as my squad power goes down? Also, I didn't say my GW was hard I said it was moderate but obviously more difficult than prepatch which was cake for me.
