I also have a G10 Daka, but mainly use her in GW. No revives from her lately, but 1) she rarely gets the opportunity and 2) she's never had a high revive rate for me anyhow. It's probably just bad RNG, but you never know. Stealth nerf seems unlikely, but unintended bugs are pretty common these days.
